Our History
Fifty years ago, in a small home basement with limited resources, TCM was born. Despite the inevitable initial difficulties and limited technology, we faced every challenge with courage and determination, driven by the desire to create something unique.
1974: The Origins
Our approach was bold from the very beginning. We never followed the path set by others; instead, we always aimed to push boundaries, innovate, and anticipate market needs. Fifty years ago, the use of inserts in tools was an innovative choice that shaped our path to growth. Similarly, the purchase of the Olivetti lathe, one of the first in Italy, brought greater stability and precision to mechanical processing, embodying the pioneering spirit that still defines us today!
1984: Growth and Innovation
Our journey continued, and ten years later, we were ready to take a significant step forward, transforming from a small artisanal workshop into a true industrial enterprise. Moving to a new facility also marked the beginning of a strategy focused on developing highly complex products, requiring advanced and automated machinery capable of ensuring greater precision and durability. TCM’s evolution had only just begun!
1994: Expansion and Diversification
As the 1990s arrived, the company decided to invest in new machines capable of handling larger and heavier products. This strategic choice allowed us to expand into new sectors and types of processing. Additionally, specialized professionals joined our team, whose talent and expertise drove the company toward significant advancements.
2004: Innovation in Production
Ten years later, we made a bold decision: we implemented a new welding department for processing complex structural components. This strategic move positioned us for a market increasingly receptive to a more comprehensive offering, allowing us to continue our evolution.
2014: A Strategic Role
Forty years have passed since 1974, and TCM’s growth remains steady. Today, we are more than ever at the center of our clients’ strategies, not just as suppliers of high-precision components but as true trusted partners. We take responsibility not only for production but also for planning, organization, and financial support of the projects we undertake together.
2024: 50 Years Dedicated to the Future
Over the past ten years, we have taken crucial steps in developing new strategies for co-engineering, logistics, and internationalization. We have closely monitored technological advancements in the manufacturing world and have innovated not only in production but also in organization, skills, and agility—key factors in being a competitive partner.
